The role leads initiatives that enhance employer engagement, scale service delivery, and ensures alignment with compliance, operational, and digital transformation goals.Strategic Development of the Employer Experience PropositionCo-develop and continuously refine the employer experience strategy in partnership with the Executive Manager, Employer ExperienceDesign initiatives that:Drive growth through employer and stakeholder channelsEnhance advocacy and retention within existing relationshipsExtend reach beyond the Key Employer Relationships (KER) teamLeverage data, insights, and digital tools to inform and personalise engagementDigital Channel and Data EnablementLead the integration and optimisation of digital channels (e.g., portals, email, webinars) to enhance employer engagementCollaborate with digital and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and user experience across platformsAct as a data lead for the employer experience function:Define data requirements and reporting needsTranslate insights into actionable strategiesEnsure data integrity and compliance with privacy standardsProgram and Project LeadershipLead or support cross-functional projects aligned to the employer experience roadmap:Define project scope, objectives, and success metricsManage timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagementMonitor progress, resolve issues, and report on outcomesEnsure alignment with broader business transformation and digital initiativesRisk, Compliance, and Operational ExcellenceEnsure all initiatives meet legislative, regulatory, and internal policy requirementsMonitor operational performance and manage risks within defined appetiteChampion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountabilityDesired Skills and ExperienceDesired skills and experience:Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (desirable), or equivalent industry experienceStrong data literacy and experience with data analytics and enrichmentDemonstrated digital capability, including website development and digital channel managementProven commercial acumen and rational, strategic thinkingExperience in writing business plans and supporting commercial initiativesExcellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skillsExceptional written and verbal communication abilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsResults-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovationAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams, demonstrating both formal and informal leadershipProven experience in a similar role, ideally within a commercial environmentExperience with B2B engagementDemonstrated project management experience, including planning, execution, and reportingWe look forward to your application.** SUBMISSIONS CLOSE COB FRIDAY 4 JULY 2025For more information about Team Super, please visit our website: www.teamsuper.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
