Reporting to the Director of Strategic Projects, youll lead enterprise-wide change management strategies that ensure our people, processes, and technologies are aligned for success.Youll play a pivotal role in delivering digital transformation across Torrens University Australia, Think Education, and Media Design Schoolbuilding change capability, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring our organisation is ready for the future.This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a growing organisation that values innovation, adaptability, and people-first solutions.A little about the role:This role is about more than just managing changeits about creating a culture of change agility. Youll operate at both a strategic and hands-on level, leading the design and delivery of change initiatives that support our digital programs.Key accountabilities include:Designing and leading enterprise change strategies for digital transformation, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.Building organisational change capabilitycoaching, mentoring, and developing frameworks that empower teams and lift change maturity.Planning and delivering change management for digital programsincluding stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and change impact assessments.Developing engaging communication strategies that build awareness, trust, and adoption across all levels of the organisation.Identifying and managing change risks and impactsensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.Championing cultural and behavioural changesupporting agile, collaborative, and innovative ways of working.Collaborating with business units and cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and effective change delivery.Leading and developing a high-performing change teamensuring accountability, capability, and engagement.Who you are:Were looking for a change leader who can balance strategy with hands-on delivery, bring clarity to complexity, and engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.Youll bring:Proven experience leading enterprise-level change management in digital transformation or technology environments.A strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) and how to apply them flexibly.Expertise in stakeholder engagement, communications, and change impact analysis.A deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and Human-Centred Design principles.Exceptional communication skillsable to influence, build trust, and connect across the business.Strong leadership skillsable to build and lead teams, coach others, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive mindsetable to navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and complex environments.A few things youll need:Postgraduate qualification in Change Management, Business, Psychology, or a related field.Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is highly desirable.35+ years experience in senior change leadership roles.A passion for enabling change that sticks and a commitment to driving positive outcomes.To read more about the role please click here to view job description.This is a permanent full-time position with hybrid flexibility allowing you to work from home or from a campus near you.Bold, modern and agile, were Australias fastest-growing university, going from 164 students in 2014 to 40,000+ alumni across 115+ countries and 2000+ staff today.
