Richemont seeks to preserve the heritage and identity of each of its Maisons while also committing to innovation and designing new products aligned with our Maisons values through continuous creativity.Be a part of our team!We are looking for an experienced Lawyer with exposure to Retail and Labour Law in Australia to support the Legal Counsel (Southeast Asia & Oceania) on all legal matters arising in the Oceania sub-region. If you are a proven legal professional with a passion for luxury, we welcome your application.How will you make an impact?With your proven experience and sound understanding of the Australian legal system, you will be instrumental in:Leading and advising on all legal, compliance, and corporate affairs matters in OceaniaSupporting all active Maisons in the marketContract management, including negotiating, drafting, and reviewing business and legal contracts (e.g., leasing, marketing/PR/events, finance, HR-related)Managing templates and legal documentsProviding legal and regulatory compliance advice on business and operational matters such as consumer law, employment law, health & safety, and trade complianceDeveloping policies, procedures, and training programsSupporting the APAC Legal Team in policy development, implementation, and trainingProviding general legal support to stakeholdersManaging external counsel relationshipsMonitoring legal updates and conducting researchCoordinating regional and group legal projectsHow will you experience success with us?We believe in shared success and that your actions elevate yourself, your team, and our Maison. To succeed, you will have:A minimum LLB or equivalent degree from a reputable universityQualified as a lawyer in Australia, preferably in New South WalesAt least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)Experience as a commercial or corporate lawyer, preferably with in-house experienceDual qualification in Australia and New Zealand is advantageousA good understanding of business strategies and stakeholder engagement across all levelsStrong knowledge of laws and practices in Australia and New ZealandExcellent technical, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience in real estate, employment law, retail, or FMCG sectorsStrong commercial acumen, creative, and solutions-oriented mindsetA team player with a flexible and pleasant personalityExcellent organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectivelyIndependent, disciplined, self-motivated, with high integrity and work ethicsWhat makes our group different?Our strength lies in our diversityarts, cultures, human skills, and the ability to foster untapped potential.
