If you are a proven legal professional with a passion for luxury, we welcome your application.How will you make an impact?With your proven experience and sound understanding of the Australian legal system, you will be instrumental in:Leading and advising on all legal, compliance, and corporate affairs matters in OceaniaSupporting all active Maisons in the marketContract management, including negotiating, drafting, and reviewing business and legal contracts (e.g., leasing, marketing/PR/events, finance, HR-related)Managing templates and legal documentsProviding legal and regulatory compliance advice on business and operational matters such as consumer law, employment law, health & safety, and trade complianceDeveloping policies, procedures, and training programsSupporting the APAC Legal Team in policy development, implementation, and trainingProviding general legal support to stakeholdersManaging external counsel relationshipsMonitoring legal updates and conducting researchCoordinating regional and group legal projectsHow will you experience success with us?We believe in shared success and that your actions elevate yourself, your team, and our Maison.
