Contribute to delivering on ASIC''s purpose, vision, and strategic priorities to help maintain the integrity of the financial system and protect consumers from harm.Can be based in Melbourne/Sydney/Perth - Other locations considered.From $94,198 - $105,581 (depending on experience) + 15.4% superannuationPermanent positionApplications close: 20 June 2025.The teamThe Digital team enhances regulatory operations through business systems and user-centred design, managing core platforms like ASIC CRM, Regulatory Portal, Search, data repositories, and key digital channels, including the corporate website.The roleAs a Lead Analyst, your role will encompass the following:Shape knowledge resources, refine policies, and troubleshoot complex regulatory system issues.Drive user acceptance testing, ensure quality assurance, and train team members while keeping stakeholders informed.Your role also includes supporting system transitions, fostering process innovation, and collaborating with experts to enhance ASIC''s regulatory systems.About YouQualifications & Experience:Bachelor''s degree and/or experience in customer relations, complaints, or support desk environments.Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, and similar systems.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer service expertise.Skilled in business process understanding, testing, data analysis, and problem-solving.Independent, outcome-driven, and adept at managing tasks efficiently.CapabilitiesAnalytical Thinking: Extract, interpret, and connect data to identify trends, risks, and solutions.Learning Agility: Adapt quickly to change, apply past insights, and stay current with trends.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and leverage networks, communicate effectively, and drive outcomes.Technological Aptitude: Utilize technology efficiently, understand ASIC systems, and apply insights strategically.View the position description for more information or click apply'' to start your application.Applications close at 11:59pm AEST, 20 June 2025.About ASICASIC''s remit is one of the broadest of regulators across the world.
