Youll be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment, managing all day-to-day operations and ensuring strong commercial performance. This is a hands on leadership role where youll set the tone, lead by example and help your team thrive.Youll be responsible for:Leading the daily operations of a high volume, high turnover store with a broad and fast moving product range.Creating a positive and supportive team culture where people enjoy their work and feel part of something meaningful.Driving store performance through coaching, sales leadership and strong customer engagement.Managing stock flow, visual merchandising and store presentation to maintain high standards.Ensuring safety, compliance and operational processes are followed every day.Developing your team through regular feedback, training and clear expectations.Required Experience:Were looking for a confident and experienced Store Manager who enjoys working in a busy, customer focused environment. Youll be commercially minded, organised and committed to building a high-performing team.
