This position will operate as part of a broader project team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the facility-related project stream, including the identification and fit-out of new sites and modification of existing sites as required.Ensure all regulatory and contract requirements are met in relation to facilities, including security considerations and a maintenance strategy.Work with key project streams including IT and marketing to coordinate key installations.Manage contractor/vendor arrangements as required.Budget management.Above all, you will be accountable to ensure that the facilities arm of the project supports the delivery by our front-line staff of exceptional services to our job seeker clients.About YouTo excel in this role you will bring:10 plus years of experience in facilities management or a related field.Proven track record in overseeing projects of large scale in acquiring facilities nationally in a short period of time.Strong project management and budgeting skills.Proven ability to negotiate and manage vendor relationships.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Experience with facilities management software and compliance regulations.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Exceptional stakeholder management skills.A can-do attitude and ability to get things done.Your Next StepIf this sounds like the right role for you then apply now!
