Youll use incident and hazard data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and measure the success of initiatives aimed at enhancing safety outcomes and overall wellbeing.Based in Melbournes South East, this role offers hybrid working flexibility, with regular onsite presence to stay closely connected to both people and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end case management of workers compensation claimsDevelopment and coordination of return-to-work programsSupport and improve health, safety and wellbeing systems, processes, and complianceAnalyse incident and hazard data to inform education and continuous improvement strategiesCollaborate with key stakeholders across the business to promote a strong safety cultureAbout YouYoure a practical, hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about making a difference.
