Other locations considered.From $123,444 - $136,097 (depending on experience) + 15.4% superannuationPermanent positionApplications close 20 June 2025The teamThe Digital, Data and Technology Group (DD&T) is a unified group of technology related functions.DD&T is responsible for delivering technology related operational and transformation initiatives, to enable ASIC internal and external stakeholders. This includes supporting ASIC team members to undertake their role on a daily basis and supporting external facing technology, such as ASIC Registers and the ASIC Regulatory Portal.DD&T comprises the following areas: Information Technology, Cyber Security, AiDA (Data, Analytics & AI), Digital Transformation, DD&T Portfolio Office, RegistryConnect and the Business Management Unit (BMU).The roleAs a Business Partner, your role will encompass the following:Act as the key liaison between ASIC business groups and Digital, Data & Technology (DD&T), fostering collaboration with key stakeholders.Provide input strategic planning, champion digital transformation, and facilitate engagement on initiatives, risks, and priorities.Support change management, ensuring changes and impacts are communicated to business groups.Develop and maintain reports and documentation on DD&T initiatives and their impacts to business groups.About YouQualifications & Experience:A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management/Communications/Project Management or a related field highly regarded.Strong understanding of ASIC''s role and responsibility or the demonstrated ability to quickly acquire the knowledge.Strong stakeholder management and communications skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage complex initiatives.Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders across all levels.Experience coaching people on standards and best practices.Experience working in fast paced project and agile environments.CapabilitiesStakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships while communicating complex ideas effectively.Coaching: Guide teams, address knowledge gaps, and enhance delivery through training.Learning Agility: Adapt quickly, take initiative, and stay ahead of trends.Analytical Thinking: Extract, analyze, and connect data to identify trends and risks.Project Management: Lead resources efficiently to meet timelines and budgets.Business Improvement: Identify opportunities, optimize processes, and drive change effectively.View the position description for more information or click apply'' to start your application.Applications close at 11:59pm AEST, 20 June 2025About ASICASIC''s remit is one of the broadest of regulators across the world.
