Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 14 - 15 years of experience with Information Technology with 3 to 5 yrs of Test director experienceTertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.Location: Sydney.Salary Range: 150,742- 171,215 AUD Annual Gross.Role and ResponsibilitiesAt least 3 to 8Yrs of experience as a Test Director; Extensive experience in building overall Test strategy at domain level, managing multiple Test engagement and communicating with senior stakeholders in financial institution.Experience in embedding test resources into multiple Agile teams (dev/test collaboration in same sprint) for ST & SIT phasesAutomation knowledge and experience in Selenium, Cucumber-BDD, Java Scripting, Rest assured API automation, Selenium Grid usageDemonstrated experience managing and building effective working relationships at all levels of an organizationAbility to develop and execute on a testing strategy, test Design and designing the test automation framework for uplift of testing delivery through practice upliftApplied understand and experience of: Design Thinking, Process Design & Lean Methodology and Systems Development Methodologies Agile, LD, JAD, RAD, Scrum, SDLC, SAFEProgram and people management experienceAble to work closely with Testing practice for uplift, toolingExperience in contributing to PI planning, Estimating testing effortsExperience in providing technical and stake holder management guidance to onshore leadsProven experience working with dev teams implementing test driven development, shifting testing responsibility leftProven experience building out robust automation capabilities and embedding them into CI/CD pipelineProven delivery experience in Scaled Agile Framework environmentExperience in working in transformation programs in banking domain. Knowledge on Credit Risk as domain is an added advantageWell versed in data migration testing, developing the strategy for both functional and non-functional testing.Proven experience in handling vendors, developers, project managers, business analysts and other teams in the organization and to ensure the excellence in test delivery.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.Understanding of Business, emerging technologies in relevant industry / domain, strong understanding of trends (market and technology) in areas of specialization.At Infosys, we recognize that everyone has individual requirements.
