Successful delivery requires monitoring and controlling financials, works schedule, resources (including subcontractors) as well as managing the project stakeholders (internal and external).Bachelor''s degree in business, Engineering and any related field. MBA is highly regarded10 years'' experience in delivery of projects in Construction, Building Services, Technology and Infrastructure sectors, Infrastructure, Roading projects, Information Technologies and Network SolutionsLeadership - Proven ability to develop and lead multiple teams.Strategic growth mindsetProven experience in project management including budget ownership/management, resource allocation, scheduling, forecasting and planningAbility to work in matrix organizationsCapacity to deliver against multiple objectivesExcellent computer, written and oral communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work autonomously and communicate to executive levelAbility to work under pressure and a dynamic environmentAbility to identify technical solutions to customers'' business needsA strong commitment to safety and a safe working environmentWho We AreThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
