This is an exciting opportunity to provide strategic legal advice in a dynamic and complex workplace environment, working closely with senior stakeholders across both academic and professional streams.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, with proven experience advising on enterprise bargaining, workplace investigations, performance and misconduct matters, and compliance with the Fair Work framework.
