This role is ideal for either an experienced assistant currently working within a commercial property team or a residential property manager looking to transition into the commercial sector.To Be Successful In This Role, You Will PossessDemonstrated experience in property managementA current property management registrationA valid drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicleExcellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skillsThe ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit teamProficiency in Microsoft Office and property management softwareA practical, solutions-oriented approach with a keen eye for detailIf you have the required experience, please apply below.
