With 180 skills brought together under one roof, the Manufacture creates fine timepieces that combine technical ingenuity with aesthetic beauty and a distinctively understated sophistication.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?Jaeger-LeCoultre is looking for a Deputy Boutique Manager for our new and exciting boutique opening in Chadstone on the 1 st of October 2025. The Person will report to the Boutique Manager. The Person will be responsible for assisting the Boutique Manager in boutique operation and developing and managing the team ensuring excellence in boutique operations, client service and engagement to each clientele with respect to Jaeger-Lecoultre heritage and Value.Support Boutique Manager to develop strong sales turnover for the boutique in accordance with the boutique strategySupervise staff to meet the turnover targets set by the Boutique Manager through their maximum efforts.Supervise and manage staffs usage of discount policyAchieve Key performance indicators defined by the Boutique ManagerEnsure compliance with Groups policies & enforce Maisons commercial rulesOverview safety & security of the team, stock & premisesEnsure that all operating procedures are strictly adhered to (stock management, product handling, security, audits, financial processes etc) through management of stock and Sales Administrator as well as full sales teamResponsible for and ensure the proper and accurate management of stockLead inventory management / stock takeCheck that all products are correctly handled & pricedLook after the level of accessories (catalogues, gifts, boxes, etc.)Look after the merchandising (products are correctly emphasized according to the Boutique priorities, cleanliness, prices, etc.)Assist the Boutique Manager in collating and preparing various reports (Sales Turnover, Customer Analysis, etc)Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the boutique and ensure that the boutique team does the same.Supervise maintenance of fixtures, furniture, and furnishing within the boutique 3: Client Management Be an alternative point of contact for any escalation of customer service mattersWelcome & handle the clients in the respect of the Maisons standards (In the boutique, on the phone or by mail or during events)Adapt yourstyle to each clientin order to offer the appropriate serviceAdvise, convince & ensure that each sale is handled accordinglyEnsure the prospection and the follow-up of new clients (local and international)4: Customer ServiceTake care of each case according to the Maisons standardsFollow up on each case and communicate to the Boutique / Area Manager each problemWHAT ABOUT YOU?3 5 years in supervisory positions in Luxury Retail EnvironmentAbility to develop long-term and sustainable client relationships and business.
