You will be involved in matters including large-scale and high-profile estate disputes in both the Supreme Court of WA and the Court of Appeal, including multi-jurisdictional estates.About YouYou will ideally have the following knowledge, skills and experience:between 5 and 9 years of experience in estate, wills and trust disputes, within a large national law firm or a specialist wills and estates practice;we will also consider candidates with experience in general commercial litigation, who are keen to build a career in the private clients space;experience in the day-to-day management of files, and in running matters through court proceedings;are proactive and able to work autonomously and as part of a team;excellent technical, analytical and drafting skills with a keen attention to detail;excellent verbal and written communication skills;experience in, and a willingness to, supervise and mentor junior members of the team; andthe ability to organise and prioritise effectively.About UsHall & Wilcox is a leading independent Australian law firm.
