Youll be responsible for:Championing SHAPEs safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with EHSQ requirementsManaging day-to-day on-site activities from site establishment to handover and defect rectificationsMaintaining positive relationships with subcontractors and managing the delivery of quality workDeveloping and scheduling programmes in conjunction with the Project ManagerEnsuring effective communication and coordination with the client, consultants, and stakeholdersAbout youExperience as a Site Manager with a principal contractorDemonstrated leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to build high-performing teams and maintain strong relationshipsKnowledge of Procore and MS Project (handy, but notessential)Why were a great place to workWe have the ambitious vision to be the place where everyone wants to work.
