You will build and sustain a constructive, achievement oriented and customer centric culture and gather, understand and use customer data and competitor intelligence to identify business opportunities, driving profitability and market share. You will also deliver business performance and focus on delighting our customers by meeting their SME, Consumer and Wealth needs. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to coach and mentor our already high performing team of retail bankers, helping them take their performance to the next level and supporting them through transformation and change.What do I need?Your attitude and enthusiasm for driving business performance and delivering for our customers are as important to us as your experience.To be successful in this role you will have previous people and business unit leadership experience in a customer focused environment along with highly developed business acumen, standout communication skills for corporate events and engaging staff, and a strong understanding of the banking/financial services market.Integrity and good judgement to lead clearly and transparently through periods of instability and change is essential and so is a solid background in sales management and coaching that will assist you in developing and inspiring a successful sales team.
