As General Manager, youll oversee the full lifecycle of property operations from leasing strategy and financial planning to compliance, maintenance, and resident engagement. With a strong commercial mindset and a passion for people, youll bring together your expertise in asset performance, team development, and stakeholder relationships to make this asset a market leader.Key responsibilities will include:Lead end-to-end management of the propertys success, driving financial goals, operational efficiency, and exceptional resident engagement.Prepare and implement strategic leasing plans to reduce vacancies, increase renewals, and strengthen asset positioning.Maintain trusted partnerships with clients, residents, and internal teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.Develop, mentor, and empower team members to deliver exceptional service and support a strong, resident-focused culture.Skills & Experience RequiredTo be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:Unlimited Working Rights in AustraliaNSW Class 1 (preferred) or Class 2 Real Estate LicenseExtensive property management experience in BTR or a similar industryDemonstrated leadership skills to guide coach and mentor a high performing teamStrong communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomesFIND YOUR INDIWith over 200 thoughtfully designed one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, INDI Sydney offers elevated hotel-style living across three levels.
