Responsibilities As a SMB Business Leader, you will be accountable for the AI Business Solution goals of Microsofts SMB business and serve as the SMB customer advocate across the organization. This role requires continuous innovation and evolution of the sales execution strategy, with a focus on the customer. You must have a deep understanding of the local market, customer acquisition, and growth engines across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Copilot products, along with the respective routes to market. You will drive alignment of SMB AI Business Solution strategy across all sales channels through developing a comprehensive sales target attainment plan and ensuring ongoing execution with appropriate investments to meet customer needs and accelerate digital transformation. This position offers an opportunity to develop stakeholder management, business strategy, and sales leadership skills, as you lead an AI Business Solution sales organization and collaborate with key partners in sales, marketing, finance, operations, and product teams to achieve targets. Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor''s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or a related field, with 6+ years of experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high-performance sales and technical-sales teams, or leadership roles in large organizations. Or a Master''s Degree in the same fields, with 5+ years of relevant experience. Or equivalent experience.
