This role is responsible for building capability, developing talent, ensuring compliance, and optimising the Learning Management System (LMS) to support a high-performance culture.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Learning Strategy and Program DevelopmentDesign and implement learning strategies aligned with business goals and capability needsDevelop training frameworks for leadership, technical, and operational competenciesCollaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and deliver effective programsLMS Ownership and OptimisationAdminister and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)Manage content uploads, enhance user experience, and coordinate updates with IT and vendorsMonitor and report on LMS usage, training completion, and complianceProgram Delivery and EvaluationDevelop and deliver blended learning solutions (eLearning, virtual, in-person)Create or source engaging training content aligned with adult learning principlesEvaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve learning offeringsStakeholder Engagement and LeadershipPartner with HR and business leaders to support L&D prioritiesCoach and support internal facilitators, trainers, and L&D team membersLead enterprise-wide initiatives such as induction, compliance, and change trainingCompliance and GovernanceEnsure training supports legal, regulatory, and industry compliance requirementsMaintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reportingABOUT YOU:Proven HR leadership experience in a multi-site, national businessStrong background in designing and implementing learning solutions across complex, multi-business environmentsSolid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional designFamiliarity with competency frameworks, career pathways, and capability modelsProject and change management skills, with experience delivering end-to-end learning initiativesExperience in developing and rolling out HR initiatives (highly regarded)Effective stakeholder managerconfident working with leaders, SMEs, and external vendorsHands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)58 years experience in Learning & Development or Organisational DevelopmentQualificationsTertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field, with additional certification in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Adult Learning Principles.If you are interested in this opportunity, click on apply and submit your resume today! #J-18808-Ljbffr
