Our core business facilitates the hiring, selling, servicing and transporting of elevated work platforms including scissors, boom lifts, telehandlers and forklifts to the Construction, Material Handling and Mining sectors.We have a strong team of employees who work in a fast-paced, high-performing, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.We are now seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our international finance operations based out of our Manila, Philippines office. This senior leadership role will oversee the performance, development and governance of our Manila-based accounting and finance team, working closely with and reporting directly to our Australian-based Financial Leadership Team.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all financial operations within the Manila-based international support officeOversee the preparation of monthly management accounts, compliance reports, and financial statementsEnsure integrity and accuracy across general ledger functions, reconciliations, and transactional processesProvide leadership and guidance to accounting staff, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and accountabilityImplement and monitor internal financial controls and ensure adherence to Access Groups policies and Australian financial standardsDeliver reporting and insights to the Australian finance team in line with group timelines and reporting requirementsSupport the execution of audit processes and the preparation of year-end financial reportingIdentify efficiencies in reporting, systems, and workflow to improve turnaround times and team effectivenessCoordinate with IT and systems teams to ensure optimal use of financial software (NetSuite preferred)Manage day-to-day team operations including delegation, performance reviews, training, and task prioritisationWhat Were Looking For:Minimum 10 years finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Will look at Senior Accounting professionals who have led teams.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage accounting teams in a high-volume, deadline-driven environmentStrong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and reporting frameworksConfident communicator with the ability to collaborate with Australian-based leadershipHigh level of accuracy, organisation, and time managementProficient in accounting software and financial systems (NetSuite experience highly regarded)Commitment to coaching, mentoring, and developing team capabilityHow to Apply:This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-performing international finance team and play a key role in a rapidly growing organisation.
