For someone highly experienced and accomplished in these areas, this position could be the most exciting and rewarding role of your career.As General Manager of Engagement & Activation, you will collaborate with stakeholders to curate and execute programs that engage the Citys audiences, community, and visitors, with an always-on focus supporting growth in visitation, economic spend, and the vitality of Western Australias capital city.Applicants should likely have held an executive or management role responsible for partnership-building, creating event programs, attracting sponsorships, activations, public relations, marketing, stakeholder development, and have a sound understanding of market trends to inform City decision-making.Your leadership and people management skills must be outstanding, with the ability to influence culture, drive performance, and achieve results. Business planning, budgeting, analytical thinking, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You should have good judgment and initiative to strengthen organisational systems, processes, and outcomes.
