If you have a passion for coffee, excellent communication skills, and a knack for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesEnsure outstanding customer service and deliver high-quality coffee and beverages consistentlyDevelop and maintain a productive and positive work environmentHelp maintain and clean equipment to ensure smooth operation of the coffee barRespond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints efficientlyEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar areaRequirementsProven experience as a barista, preferably in a specialty coffee shopMust have an RSAExcellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte artAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and motivate the teamExceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanourFlexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredIf you are a passionate coffee enthusiast with leadership qualities and a desire to contribute to the success of our bakery, we would love to hear from you.
