This role comes with a company vehicle! Monday to Friday 7am - 3:06pmKey responsibilities:To perform unit preps in co-ordination with other staff members of the in-house property team once they are vacated by the residentPaint rooms/units in various facilities, Retirement Living Units, Hostel and Nursing HomesReceive paint jobs from the property helpdeskPurchase Paints and materials from our agreed contractors listYou may be required to paint a unit while the resident is still living in the unit. You may be required to remove paintings and fixtures off the walls and move furniture around. Ensure all items of importance are covered up with drop sheets.About youThe successful candidate must possess a high level of physical capabilities as constant physical activity varying from low to high intensity, but predominantly of a moderate intensity.
