If your answer to both of these questions is yes, then we would love to chat with you!About us:Be Still Movement is a new not-for-profit ministry running Christ-centred movement & meditation classes in churches throughout Sydney, and beyond.We aim to create a safe space for women, in particular, to receive Bible-based teaching, alongside the physical movements, mindfulness and breath techniques of yoga.Our classes are open to everyone. For those who are not Christian, biblical wisdom is shared in a gentle, non-confrontational way, and participants can choose to dwell on a Bible verse or simply focus on the breath.The classes are designed to be beginner-friendly, in a warm, welcoming community.Alongside our regular, weekly classes, we also run classes at church events and retreats.For more about us, check out our website: find us on Instagram: you:You are:a committed member of a churcha qualified yoga teacher (min. 200 hours training)able to adapt postures for participants with particular movement restrictionsopen-hearted, willing to learn, willing to share your wisdom and a team playerworthy of being paid for your expertise (this is a paid role - not voluntary. :)not necessarily a Sydney-sider.
