The Orange region is often referred to as the gateway to Country New South Wales with acclaimed wineries, fine dining, annual festivals and charming heritage villages making for an unparalleled work-life balance.Who were looking forReporting to the Team Lead for Security, the Access Control Officer will provide support to site through the management of site access and security requirements, including fitness for work testing, in compliance with Cadia standards.Key responsibilities includeProvide point of contact assistance to personnel in relation to site access control at Cadia.Processing of access to site requests in compliance with Cadia site standards and ensuring electronic data accuracy and integrity.Monitoring of site access points and investigating access issues as required.Conduct Fitness for Work assessment, including fatigue testing, in line with site standards.Assisting and supporting team members engaged in the field, ensuring compliance with site security standards during breakdowns, maintenance and Shutdown periods.Maintain high standards of performance and compliance to site standards and requirements.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a high standard of customer service.
