Tan Temple is growing! We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, mature-minded, and driven beauty therapist to join our expanding team at our new, award-winning spray tanning salon.Our specialty treatments include high-quality spray tans and at-home aftercare skin treatments.This position is a management role requiring at least 2 years of management experience and a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.The ideal candidate should possess:A certificate or diploma in beauty therapy with a minimum of 2 years management experienceExcellent communication skills and a friendly, caring personalityAbility to build VIP customer relationships and enhance the VIP customer experienceStrong team leadership and time management skillsA passion for helping clients achieve their desired resultsA commitment to continuous learning and professional developmentExcellent customer service skillsKnowledge of salon POS systems and effective rosteringInterest and ability to sell retail and at-home care productsProven sales success in meeting and exceeding targetsAbility to motivate and drive a small teamA meticulous approach to cleaning and salon hygieneInterest in company growth and succession planningSocial media skills, including creating Instagram stories and reelsExperience in creating promotional ideas and driving traffic through newsletters and events like VIP breakfasts/eveningsFull in-house training will be provided on Tan Temple''s unique spray tanning methods, including meticulous application techniques, body and face contouring, and skin consultation skills for all skin types and color blending.*Applicants must not be on a working holiday visa and should be available to work over 38 hours per week.If this sounds like your dream job, we would love to hear from you.
