These are flexible roles ideal for those with a passion for player development, skill-building, and supporting coaching on training nights and/or game day.About YouAs a passionate and dedicated member of our Club, youll bring:A commitment to the Club values of Community, Integrity, Passion, Respect & ExcellenceExperience in football coaching, mentoring, or skill developmentThe ability to work across multiple teams and age/stage levelsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA collaborative mindset and willingness to be part of a coaching panelFamiliarity with VAFA structures and community football environments is advantageousHold or be willing to obtain a volunteer Working with Children CheckYoull work alongside our Director of Coaching and football operations as part of a collaborative coaching panel.
