We have a permanent full-time position for a Barista / Cafe Allrounder at our (insert location), which is a (insert bed count) residential home. (Insert location hyperlink from website)Our Barista / Cafe Allrounder creates a friendly and customer service environment where residents and their families can socialise over beverages or snacks. Typical responsibilities include:Welcoming customers with a warm, friendly, and helpful attitudeServing snacks such as hot and cold sandwiches, cakes, muffins, etc.Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages (non-alcoholic) a barista certificate and coffee-making skills are essentialCleaning kitchen, service areas, and dining areas around the coffee shopFollowing procedures to maintain high-quality cafe operationsCollaborating with the Chef Manager on supply needsEnsuring the cafe is safe and free of hazardsMaintaining a professional and inviting environment that reflects our company valuesAssisting with or backing up dining room service when neededThis role involves physical activity, including bending, squatting, lifting, and pushing items, which must be performed safely to prevent injury.About YouAt Infinite Aged Care, we hire based on attitude and aptitude. Formal qualifications such as a Cert II in Hospitality are highly regarded but not mandatory.
