SERVPRO of Southern York County is hiring Restoration Technicians!The Restoration Technician performs restoration processes to fulfill the service needs of individual projects and maintains the professional appearance of equipment and vehicles. By providing quality, consistent, and efficient work, the technician represents the best in the cleanup and restoration industry.Benefits:Competitive compensationPaid trainingPersonal and professional developmentAnd more!We are committed to making every property damage Like it never even happened!Key Responsibilities:Perform and evaluate restoration activities including water extraction, fire damage repair, equipment setup, and demolition.Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools and supplies.Communicate safety hazards, findings, and equipment needs with supervisors.Develop restoration skills to enhance the SERVPRO brand and grow within the company.Prepare work areas and set up staging and equipment.Coordinate with management and team members for efficient operations.Perform cleanup and breakdown at job completion, leaving sites orderly.Develop expertise in services, cleaning products, and equipment.Perform other duties as required.Position Requirements:Valid drivers licenseAbility to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders and work at heights and in tight spacesRepetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carryingAbility to work with cleaning agentsEducation and Experience:High school diploma or GED preferredExperience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferredStrong work ethicWork Hours and Travel:This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m., with potential for long hours, evening, and weekend work.
