The Opportunity At Infinite Aged Care, our Hospitality Assistants play a key role in meeting our residents daily needs. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will work as part of the Hotel Services team, responsible for activities including food preparation, service, in-room service, and maintaining cleanliness of dining areas. The Role Prepare, plate, and serve food to residents. Clean kitchen and dining areas, including equipment. Wash dishes and operate dishwashers. Maintain high safety standards with strict hygiene and sanitation. Create enjoyable dining experiences for our elderly residents. This is a physical role involving bending, squatting, lifting, and pushing. You must perform these tasks safely without risk of injury to yourself, colleagues, or residents. About You At least 6 months kitchen experience, preferably in aged care. Cleaning experience is desirable. Passion for food. Problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and quick thinking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Hardworking, flexible, and available for shifts. Bring genuine care and compassion to mealtimes. Who are we?
