Thiess is seeking skilled Truck, Multi-Skilled, and Excavator Operators for our Peak Downs Project in Moranbah. This permanent, full-time role offers a 7/7 roster with 12.5-hour shifts. We are currently accepting DIDO and BIBO applicants only. Key Responsibilities: Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently to maximize productivity. Follow Thiess safety standards and operational procedures. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience operating Haul Trucks, Dozers, Graders, Loaders, or Excavators in a coal mining environment. Verified machinery skills list (training transcripts) LMS documents, signed by SSE or Delegate. Current Standard 11 Statement of Attainment. Valid Drivers Licence. Strong commitment to safety culture. What We Offer: Guaranteed annual 4% pay increases for the next 3 years with a new EA for 2025.
