Role Responsibilities Perform routine preventive maintenance on HV and LV systems, plant/equipment, HVAC systems as per work orders. Monitor BMS for operational and alarm conditions. Address A/C issues on-site. Conduct building walk-arounds and meter readings. Investigate faults, identify causes, and implement remedies. Prepare accurate reports and ensure repairs comply with regulations. Build trustful relationships with team members and stakeholders.
