This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team where your skills will truly make an impact!$70k + SuperannuationPermanent, Full-Time, Monday FridayBe part of a trusted, innovative brand with a strong commitment to its peopleAbout the role:As a Recruitment Assistant, you will work closely with hiring managers, labour agencies, and supervisors to manage the entire recruitment cycle. Key responsibilities include:Liaising with supervisors and managers regarding labour vacanciesAssisting with the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with candidates, hiring managers, and labour agenciesScheduling and attending interviews alongside management and labour agenciesManaging employee onboarding and offboarding processes, providing support and guidance where neededOverseeing the completion and transfer process for employees reaching 500 hoursConducting visa checks for new hires using Vsure to ensure compliance with legal requirementsDrafting expressions of interest for internal and external rolesPerforming ad-hoc administrative tasks to keep the recruitment team running smoothlyAbout YouYou thrive in a fast-paced environment and have recent experience supporting recruitment processes, ideally within large or high-volume workplaces. Youre highly organised, and confident working with both internal teams and external partners. Bonus points if youve worked in recruitment within the food or manufacturing industry!
