We are boutique, changing the way professionals work and collaborate.About the RoleAs a Clarence advocate, you would be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with all members and providing them with exceptional customer service and support at all times.This is a dynamic role for someone who is highly personable, can prioritise, multitask, and thrives on connecting with people.You will join a passionate and fast-moving team. We are all about team support, and no job is too big or too small for our team!Key ResponsibilitiesGreeting members and their guestsAnswering phones, directing calls and taking accurate messagesManaging meeting room bookings, arranging catering and other services when required, including setting up for events.Providing general administration and office support for membersContinuously strengthening the relationship between Clarence and its membersAssisting with the set-up of offices for new and existing membersAssisting the technology team with basic onsite IT requests/setups when requiredOther general tasks as needed, e.g. essential cleaning duties, keeping communal areas neat and tidyAbout youPrior experience in a client-facing role is highly desirableExceptional interpersonal/communication skillsOutstanding organisational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to create and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and external suppliersEagerness to learnBe well presentedExperience using Microsoft Office suite and being tech literate is desirableThe people!
