We offer Function Rooms for a variety of social and corporate events, such as birthdays, weddings, Christmas parties, promotional/product launches, fundraisers and other special occasions. We have a favourite hotel serving locals and visitors of Springfield for years. Our friendly atmosphere is warm and inviting to all. We also have spaces dedicated to hosting small functions and events. What Youll Do Prepare for end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing candidates, conducting screening and shortlisting, scheduling and conducting interviews, completing reference and background checks and onboarding new hires. Provide advice and guidance to employees and leaders on various HR issues, including employee relations, workplace policies, and problem resolution. Prepare HR related correspondence, briefs, reports and resource requests to a high standard. Support performance management processes, implement systems to evaluate and enhance individual and team performance, aligning with business objectives. Guide HR policies and procedures, address employee relations issues, and facilitate conflict resolution. Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Provide payroll support and advice on award interpretation, pay clarification, and associated benefits. What Youll Have Qualification: Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Experience: 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role Skills: Employee relations management, conflict resolution, and and end-to-end recruitment skills Knowledge: Familiarity with HR best practices and workforce management systems Confidentiality: A high level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
