About the Role The venue is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen and manage a talented team. This is a hands-on role that will involve overseeing a busy la carte menu and managing kitchen operations from food preparation to plating. The Head Chef will have the opportunity to influence the menu, control costs, and maintain a strong, professional kitchen culture.
