Position Purpose We are currently seeking a driven and friendly Customer Service Representative based in Minto or Perth. You will work within a dynamic team and be part of a sustainable global company that are market leaders in design and manufacturing of modular carpet coverings. Customer Service is responsible for the pre and post order processes meeting their volumes, quality and scheduling requirements. The over-riding goal of the role is to maximise customer service levels attainable under normal commercial circumstances in a market where customer service is critical. Key to success in this role is the ability to communicate, plan, prioritise, analyse information and make decisions within a customer focused fast paced environment. Customer Service requires interfacing with internal clients being sales, marketing, quality, purchasing planning, production & distribution. Areas of Responsibility Conducting account tasks for clients including processing of orders/ credits, stock procurement, and coordination of deliveries to meet project installation deadlines. Timely execution of customer communication through the CRM system and phone. Play an active role in maximising sales and cash flow results by optimising proactive order management, stock allocation and shipping of orders. Follow company guidelines to ensure customers remain committed to taking delivery of orders as per agreed delivery dates. Negotiate the needs of storage, fees, and invoicing with customers. Promptly informing customers about any issues or delays, including appropriate solutions and follow-up communication. Carry out daily checks in line with audit requirements. Develop rapport with customers. Adherence to all safety policies and procedures including the correct use of PPE.
