The Role This newly created position will focus on connecting the brand with the shopperdeveloping and executing customer-centric marketing programs that drive conversion, in-store presence, and retail partnership performance. Youll collaborate closely with sales, brand, and agency partners to bring ideas to life across key platforms and touchpoints, ensuring campaigns are aligned with commercial goals and shopper behaviour insights. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic shopper marketing plans tailored to individual retailers. Lead in-store and online campaign execution to maximise engagement and conversion. Partner with internal teams and retail media platforms to deliver integrated, insight-driven campaigns. Support the development of compelling value propositions and ensure alignment across all shopper touchpoints. Interpret data and campaign performance metrics to inform future strategy. Work cross-functionally with brand, category, and external agencies to deliver best-in-class activations. About You 4 years'' experience in shopper, brand or retail marketing, ideally within FMCG. Strong understanding of shopper behaviour and major grocery retail environments. Experience using retail media platforms such as Cartology and Coles 360 is desirable Confident working across the full campaign lifecycle, from planning to post-analysis. Highly collaborative and comfortable influencing a wide range of stakeholders. Analytical mindset with a passion for translating insight into action.
