Youll lead the team from the front driving sales, mentoring staff, and creating a killer customer experience. What youll be doing: Leading the floor and selling like a pro especially when the Store Managers off. Driving the team to smash KPIs and sales goals. Managing rosters, staff attendance, and keeping things running like clockwork. Keeping the store showroom-ready, stocked, and full of adventure vibes.
