THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a Customer Delivery Specialist to join our team at our prestigious client site in Brisbane CBD. In this highly visible role, you will be the face of our services making sure all operations run smoothly with efficiency, professionalism and care. We are looking for someone who will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, while being a team player and be able to drive operational improvements in the team. Please note this is a 100% onsite role, based in Brisbanes CBD, covering a standard 7.5-hour shift between 8:00am 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Provide seamless, high-quality print, mail and records management services as part of an onsite team. Build strong, trusted relationships with client s and internal stakeholders. Recommend cost effective, creative solutions to meet design, print and distribution needs. Prioritize and track customer requests ensuring deadlines and service levels are consistently met. Support continuous improvement initiatives to drive smarter, faster service delivery. Skills & Qualifications Intermediate Excel skills, including data searches, data tables, extraction and reporting. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic setting. Highly desirable skills Experience in digital print room ideally in a corporate/professional services environment. Knowledge of Content Manager or similar Electronic Document & Records Management Systems (EDRMS). Any experience in Mail/Courier administration and Records Management.
