About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Boutique Manager with a proven track record in managing premium or luxury retail environments. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the boutique, leading a small and professional team, and ensuring a world-class client experience from the moment they walk through the door. You must be commercially astute, people-focused, and deeply committed to excellence in customer service. This is not an entry-level management position - we are seeking a leader who thrives in high-performance settings and brings strong leadership, operational insight, and a passion for luxury.
