This formidable outfit in the landscaping industry has built a strong and tight-knit crew of 50 construction staff in South East Queensland, who continue to pump out projects to the highest quality. Their repeat clientele are predominantly Tier 1 contractors, with typical projects ranging from $500k $10m, including large road, rail, and bridge builds. You will work collaboratively with an experienced and proven Project Manager, inherit trusted Leading Hands and crew of 5-10 qualified and hardworking personnel, and work closely with clients to deliver the goods. The Role Read and interpret plans Subcontractor management WHS implementation Organising deliveries Quality control Delegate duties to crew Liaise with clients Collaborate with a Project Manager Cost tracking and forecasting The Requirements 3-5 years as a Foreman / Supervisor / Site Manager Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture Experience on commercial or civil landscaping projects Drivers license Open to Relocating?
