Job Description Leadership: Lead a team of 3 accounting professionals in areas of system accounting, compliance controls, and finance projects. Business Partnership: Successful and continual business partnering with all senior stakeholders, including IT, sales, and other finance leaders. Compliance: Ensuring ongoing compliance with financial laws and guidelines across the organisation. Systems: Design and implement improvements to financial processes and systems. Compliance: Lead the compliance accountants to complete the statutory compliance obligations across ITW APAC. Audits: Coordinate of the internal and external audits for the ITW APAC Construction divisions. Projects: Management of internal projects and challenging the status quo. The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate is a CA / CPA-qualified professional with a Bachelor''s degree in Finance or Accounting. You will have previous finance experience in a multinational organisation, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment. Commercial use of the Microsoft Office suite and Pronto accounting software would be considered advantageous. With a proven track record of leadership, you will have successfully managed finance teams and worked within a matrix structure. You''ll have results-driven mindset, combined with strong attention to detail and decision-making skills, enabling you to influence key decision makers. A curious and pragmatic approach to work and business improvements will be a key attribute in this position.
