About the Opportunity Plena Healthcare is seeking passionate and qualified Physiotherapists to join our growing team in Residential Aged Care. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, youll deliver personalised treatments through the award-winning Plena Care Pathway recipient of the 2023 Allied Health Award for Innovative Product Excellence. This evidence-based approach supports client goals through one-on-one therapy, group programs, care plan reviews, and mobility interventions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans. Support residents with daily living activities, mobility, falls prevention, pain management, and skin integrity care. Deliver both individual and group-based therapy sessions. Work collaboratively with facility staff and within your professional scope. Contribute to ongoing innovation and high-quality clinical outcomes. What Were Looking For Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy Current AHPRA registration Valid Australian working rights Driver''s license and car Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check Passion for aged care and person-centred therapy Why Join Plena Healthcare?
