We have an exciting opportunity for someone who has a love of promotions, events and radio to join our team as a Part Time Project Coordinator in our Audience Engagement team based in our Nova 919 Studios in Adelaide. What you will be doing and what skills you may have: As a Project Manager for Audience Engagement for NovaFM, you will collaborate with the Sales, Digital and Programming teams to create, design, execute and manage high quality promotions for our listeners and clients, that are engaging and true to our brands. Your promotions should be an outstanding representation of our brand and a positive experience for our audience. More specifically you will: Create, implement, and manage station promotions including, job sheets, contest sheets, web briefs, legal, winner and prize system etc. Plan and forecast to ensure promotional airtime commitments are met within budget. Ensure all timelines are met and competitions and events are resourced effectively. Provide post analysis and airchecks for promotional activities. Provides Sales and CREATE with creative and effective brief responses. Maintain excellent working relationships with all on-air personalities and internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of promotional activities. Accurate and timely budget management Proactive prize sourcing High levels of collaboration and contribution with Programming, Marketing and Create to ensure our commercial and product objectives are met. To be successful in this role you will have: Proven organisational skills with an ability to thrive under tight deadlines The ability to think on your feet during high pressure situations that require quick decision making Outstanding communication skills, high attention to detail and ability to think creatively to provide a positive experience for listeners and clients. Proven ability to keep up to date with current market and industry trends.
