Leading a skilled and passionate crew, you''ll oversee the entire project lifecyclefrom site prep to the final flourishensuring timelines, safety, and quality standards are met every step of the way. What Youll Do Lead and coordinate a dedicated team on site Freedom to run your own jobs which include structural landscaping works - decking, fencing, concreting, paving, and retaining walls Execute soft landscaping such as turfing, garden installation, and irrigation Interpret and implement landscape plans Communicate with clients and your Project Manager for smooth project delivery Train and mentor crew members What You''ll Bring You will have proven experience in the delivery of residential landscape projects along with: Cert III in Landscape Construction Current Driver''s Licence Competent with machinery and a variety of landscape construction methods Ready to Build More Than Landscapes?
