The role: Join Tassals Hard-Working Team Processing Cleaning Attendant (Forklift Experience Required) Tassal is looking for a reliable and safety-focused Processing Cleaning Attendant with forklift experience to join our team at our Dover processing factory, located 1 hour and 30 minutes south of Hobart. In this role, youll play a vital part in maintaining a clean and sanitised factory environment while also supporting operations with forklift duties. Your work will ensure equipment and workspaces are ready for the next days production. This is an afternoon shift role with approximate start and finish times of 2pm10pm. The ideal candidate will have: A valid forklift ticket and proven experience operating a forklift in an industrial or production environment. Prior cleaning experience (preferred but not essential training provided). A strong focus on reliability, safety, efficiency, and teamwork. Responsibilities: Clean and sanitise factory equipment and workspaces after production. Safely operate a forklift. Work as part of a small team to ensure the factory is ready for the next days operations. Follow strict safety and hygiene protocols. Support a fast-paced production environment with a focus on efficiency and teamwork. Role requirements: Forklift ticket and experience. Full availability to work approximately 35 hours per week, including occasional weekends. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Drivers licence and reliable transport to get to work. A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on safety. Proof of working rights in Australia.
