Ventias Indigenous Participation team TRECCA are currently seeking applications from Local MOB in the Katherine Region - Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who are looking to build a long-lasting career within Ventia across NT Defence sites. We want to work with you to transition into our Business if it means 3-4 hours to start with then consider a role with our site. The TRECCA team is a First Nations Participation Team and we are an Initiative of Ventia. We are a business working with First Nations Australian peoples daily, creating connections, and redefining how we connect within the communities we work with across Australia to support employment pathways into Ventia. Getting MOB JOBS. The TRECCA Team conduct a Two-Day Transition into Work Program to support local Indigenous Australian Job Seekers to work in Hospitality / Land Maintenance / Cleaning on our Defence bases in Katherine, Tindal RAAF Base approx 10klms south of Katherine and approx. 300klms South of Darwin NT. The Role - Hospitality Attendants General Hospitality Site Operations including front of kitchen support and Cleaning mess site. The Two Day Program Hospitality Interests This is a 2-days below mentioned Transition into Work program where you will go through inductions for site, meet key Ventia personnel from the Tindal Site and talk through being a deadly resilient worker transitioning you into work and addressing mechanisms of support that make you a Deadly Employee in our workforce in Ventia in our Ventia Business. The Transition into work program is two days in length. The TRECCA team will be in Katherine delivering Information Sessions prior to this, to answer questions around our workforce expectations, share Deadly opportunities and build a talent pool for our three industry areas of Hospitality / Land Maintenance / Cleaning for the Katherine Tindal RAAF Defence Base Services Site. Dates for our next Transition into Work Program in Katherine NT is yet to be scheduled, and usually takes place on the Tindal RAAF Base Site outside of Katherine.
