The role is stand alone using ADP and will offer a lot of autonomy, but equally requires someone with a great degree of confidence to carry out and run the full payroll process. Work alongside HR and step into a well run and organised payroll process! An outstanding HR and finance team to work alongside! YOU MUST BE A Full function payroll processing expert using ADP! Ideally to have STAND ALONE EXPERIENCE! Month/year end reconciliation''s, Payroll tax, superannuation, etc Some exposure to International Payroll processing Must have strong AWARD & EBA interpretation. Strong attention to detail, computer/systems savvy. Ability to prioritise workflows, work autonomously with high attention to detail. Confident, mature character with the ability to work with all levels! Have excellent diplomacy and organisational skills.
