Overview We are looking for an experienced Client Governance & Integrity Lead to oversee client-facing risk event governance and ensure alignment with regulatory obligations, including CPS230. This role plays a key part in managing risk event lifecycle activities, enhancing control frameworks, and building strong partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day client interactions related to risk events, including documentation (e.g. CRENs, SICs) and progress updates. Ensure governance processes meet contractual and regulatory standards, escalating delays or outliers as needed. Lead and maintain a regular client engagement cadence, providing transparency on risk event resolution. Deliver meaningful reporting and insights that drive operational improvements. Identify control failures, recurring risk events, and gaps in current processes; propose enhancements to strengthen the control environment. Collaborate with 1st Line Risk to understand CPS230 obligations and their impact on client expectations. Support strategic initiatives and contribute to a continuous improvement culture within the team. Leadership & Culture Promote a proactive, risk-aware culture aligned with MUFGs and Link Groups values. Support team development and foster collaboration across functions to achieve shared goals. Represent the voice of 1st Line Risk in relevant client and governance forums. Skills & Experience Required Minimum 3 years of financial services experience and a relevant tertiary qualification. Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-centric approach. Collaborative, with proven ability to build trust and work across teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
